On July 4, Dr. Feigl spoke at Sanofi’s Global Health Unit in Paris on the necessity of Building Holistic and Resilient Health Systems to Manage Non-Communicable Diseases.
Health Finance Institute was center stage at the launch of Sanofi‘s Global Health Unit, joined by Anil Soni, Katie Dain, Gregory Rockson, Lenias Hwenda, Shashank Joshi, Dr. William Mapham, Ruchika Singhal, Edwina Ong, and Prof. Mamouna.
Panelists conveyed the importance of the unmet needs of healthcare and healthcare access for those with cardio metabolic conditions, diabetes, and cancer in LMICs around the world. The Nexus Global Summit, held in New York, was an exciting convening of philanthropists, impact investors, and social innovators from around the world. Social innovators like Lisa Dyson (Air Protein), Loliware’s CEO Chelsea Briganti, and leading figures like Chelsea Clinton were among the top key note speakers and discussants, inspiring the participants to keep asking the perennially important question of "what can I do to make the world a bit better today and tomorrow"?
